abstract = {男女には生物学的性差があり、女性はホルモンバランスの影響で体調が月内で変動する。このため、女性特有の症状があるときの生産性の低下は多大な経済損失につながっているとする研究もある。その経済損失は通常、「女性特有の症状があるときの生産性」に対する回答を用いて試算することが一般的だが、女性自身が生産性低下をどの程度正確に認識しているのかについては必ずしも明らかではない。そこで本研究では、某プライム上場製造業企業の20～30歳代女性を対象に、日々の体調や生産性を56日間にわたって記録するプログラムを実施してデータを収集し、そのプログラム内で2つのランダム化比較試験（RCT）を実施した。具体的には、①日々の記録を行う群と非記録群を分けたうえで、②記録群をさらに分割して途中で記録を可視化して生活改善のアドバイスを送る群と送らない群に分けるという、入れ子型のRCTである。①は日々のレコーディングによる自己理解の向上、②は記録のフィードバックによる行動変容を目的とした。結果、①記録群は非記録群に比べ、プログラム終了後に「女性特有の症状による生産性」を上方修正する傾向が見られた。一方で、②の効果は確認されなかった。また、本人が事前に申告していた「女性特有の症状があるときの生産性」以下に、56日間中に一日もならなかった人が全体の約3割存在し、そうした人ほどプログラム後に生産性に関する自己認識を上方修正する傾向があることがわかった。この結果は、自身の生産性を実際よりも低くなると認識している女性が少なくない可能性を示唆する。},

abstract = {本研究は、生物学的な性差に着目し、男女の日々の体調変動が生産性にどの程度影響を及ぼすかを明らかにすることを目的とするものである。一般的に、女性は月内にホルモンバランスが変動するため、男性に比べて月内の体調変動も大きいといわれている。しかし、個々人の体調が日々どの程度変動し、それが男女間あるいは女性間でどの程度異なるのかについての知見は必ずしも多くない。また、日次データを用いて、体調変動が日々の仕事の生産性にどの程度影響を及ぼしているのかについての研究蓄積も乏しい。そこで本研究では、某プライム上場製造業企業で働く20～30歳代男女約500名の協力を得て、56日間連続（28日間×2ラウンド）の調査を実施し、日々の体調や生産性に関する日次パネルデータを構築した。そのデータを用いた結果、以下のことが明らかになった。まず、日々の症状を感じる頻度を男女で比べると、平均的には男性に比べて女性のほうが多いが、症状を感じる日が多い男性も少なからず存在している。また、女性同士で比較すると、女性特有の症状が生じる頻度が多い女性もいれば、そうした症状を感じる頻度が少ない女性もおり、同性内でもばらつきが大きいことがわかった。さらに、症状がある日は性別にかかわらず生産性は低下するものの、同程度の症状がでたときの生産性の低下幅は男性に比べて女性のほうが小さいことが明らかになった。},

abstract = {Screen-camera communication enables instantaneous retrieval of on-screen information. Imperceptible screen-camera communication, embedding data in videos unnoticeably, holds great promise as it does not interfere with the viewing experience. The imperceptible color vibration method achieves this by alternately displaying two colors with the same luminance for each pixel. However, decoding performance may deteriorate due to interframe differences in the original video content. To address this, we propose a novel decoding approach using a dual-camera smartphone to capture two images with different modulation values simultaneously. This method allows for computing color differences between temporally close images, reducing artifacts from temporal changes in the original content. Our experimental results demonstrate an improved decoding rate and decreased recognition time compared to the previous method.},
